Section 1

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kkbd4 platform ("Platform", "Site") and the user ("User", "you", "your") of all its services. By accessing this site or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

kkbd4 operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates under SSL encryption and fair play principles, and is committed to providing users with a safe and transparent gaming environment.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. If any discrepancy arises with a translation, the Bengali version will be considered final.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Limit

Participation on the kkbd4 platform is only for those aged 21 or above. Opening an account or using any service by minors is strictly prohibited. The platform may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

Age Limit: For those aged 21 or above only. If proof of age 21+ cannot be provided, account verification will not be possible and services may be suspended.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. kkbd4 reserves the right to cancel accounts and withhold deposited funds if registration is done with false information.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

kkbd4's services are specifically designed for users in Bangladesh. The user shall confirm that using such services from their location is legally permitted.

Section 3

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your kkbd4 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, kkbd4 may request the following documents at any time:

Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
Proof of current address (issued within the last three months)
Information related to payment method verification

Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Balance

The account balance will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No interest applies to the balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

kkbd4 currently supports the following payment methods:

Nagad — Mobile Banking

Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method) | Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Process & Timeline

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour once verification is complete. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

Funds deposited into the account must come from legitimate personal funds.
Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
kkbd4 reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
kkbd4 is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions caused by the payment provider.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳22,000 → Maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt to abuse bonuses is detected (such as multiple accounts, use of bots, false information), the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Other Promotions

Various cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP benefits may be provided from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of announcement. kkbd4 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

Section 6

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will only be considered valid once it is fully accepted and confirmed. kkbd4 reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly accepted due to a system error.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or undecided, bets will be settled in accordance with kkbd4's specific policy. In general, the original stake amount is returned in such cases.

6.3 Technical Issues

kkbd4 is not responsible for any losses caused by technical or network issues. However, in the case of a verified system error, appropriate steps will be taken to protect the user's interests.

6.4 Betting Limits

kkbd4 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits across various games and markets. These limits may change depending on circumstances.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbd4 platform:

Money laundering or circulation of illegal funds
Automated betting using computer software or bots
Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
Stealing another user's information or fraud
Group bonus abuse (coupon or bonus arbitrage)
Claiming promotions through multiple accounts
Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be immediately closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

8.1 Use of Information

User information will only be used for providing services, preventing fraud, and fulfilling legal obligations. Information will not be sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

kkbd4 accepts no liability in the following cases:

Losses during gameplay due to internet disconnection
Issues caused by the user's device or software
Delays or failures by third-party payment service providers
Losses resulting from sharing account details with others
Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, government orders, etc.

In any circumstance, kkbd4's maximum liability will be limited to the original stake amount of the bet.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by User

Any user may close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, provided there are no prohibited activities. As part of responsible gaming, the Self-Exclusion option is available through the support team.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by kkbd4

kkbd4 may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Providing false or incomplete information
Evidence of being underage
Precautionary measure during an ongoing investigation
Compliance with a legal or regulatory authority directive
